Françoise Hoffmann creates original textiles from hybrid « nuno » felt using a mix of carded wool fibres and different fabrics. By playing with textures, colour and prints, she explores a wide and varied artistic vocabulary. Her nomination as Master of Art by the French Ministry of Culture in 2008 has lead to national and international recognition. For several years now, she has started to create a new hybrid by integrating her photographic images into her work.
